What is Conference On The Move?

Participants are taken into communities, educational environments, or health projects to explore bayanihan and co-creation in action with these communities.

Conference on the Move is only available for in-person attendees.

Start Time:

Conference on the Move will be on Thursday September 6th, 2026 and for a full day (08:30 – 17:30).

Registration

You will have the opportunity to sign up for your preferred conference on the move tour in advance. Each community site has limited capacity for participants. The first people to sign up through the survey can secure their first choice. Be on the lookout for an e-mail in June 2026.

Damiana Social Ventures

Damiana Social Ventures is a social enterprise dedicated to contributing to public health and social development through design thinking and innovations. In 2024, Damiana had its first Philhealth Konsulta-accredited primary clinic, in Fe Del Mundo Medical Center, alongside its TB clinic. Damiana was also accredited for three years by the Professionals Regulations Commission as a provider of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities).

Kalinga Health is a program of Data and Implementation Sciences for Health (formerly Innovations for Community Health). Kalinga Health pilots a hub-and-spoke social enterprise model wherein Kalinga Health acts as the “hub” where a network of private providers (“spokes”) refer patients through a variety of public-private mix (PPM) strategies. These patients would then be able to avail themselves of the services offered by Kalinga Health.

Their mission is to help improve the quality of life of Children with Disabilities through the creation of equal access to health, education, livelihood, and social opportunities.

UPD Psychosocial Services (PsycServ)

PsycServ is a special project under the Office of the Chancellor of UP Diliman first established late 2017 to provide programs and services geared toward fostering the mental health and wellbeing of the UP Diliman community.

Guided by the Ginhawa framework, PsycServ aims to address risks and vulnerabilities through mental health services, and at the same time, give importance to nurturing resilience and growth among students, faculty, and staff. Through our Psychosocial Support Specialists (PSSs), these are addressed through growth and enhancement services, as well as awareness raising programs.
